We ship Monday-Friday before 11:00 am PST via DHL, FedEx or USPS 

3-6 Business for EXPEDITED SHIPPING, 7-16 Business Days for normal delivery company to Arrive.

If your purchase amount is more than $99, we will ship them via FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING, and please don't leave the address of PO BOX, DHL doesn't support it. You can enjoy the ex-factory price, small order could be quickly shipped out.

Usually, It may take 12 to 24 hours to process your order. Some made in hand products may need 3-5 handing time, such as hair wig

The hair extension orders which delivered by DHL are shipped with signature confirmation to ensure safe delivery, no exceptions. If you are not home upon delivery, you will need to pick it up from your local DHL.

Make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. The item is sent from China or America. International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As customs fee vary from country to country. we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be.

It is highly recommended that your shipping address should be the same as your billing address. Your order will be subjected to a fraud risk assessment.
